My first run in over a month...

I had a great run today... I ran down to the beach (Port Hueneme) with my Italian Greyhound, Bocce. It was my first time back in a month due to injuries and a tough work schedule. Now I'm going back into the gym for the first time in 10 days...

Kentucky Luau!
